PDS Announces New VP of Services
Steve Fitzgerald to Lead Service Operations to Support the Growing Vista HRMS Customer Base
Blue Bell, Pa., April 4, 2016 – PDS®, a leading provider of human resource, benefits, recruiting, payroll, and time and attendance software throughout the U.S. and Canada, today announced that Steve Fitzgerald has been appointed to vice president of Services. In this role, Mr. Fitzgerald will be responsible for overseeing Professional Services, Hosting/SaaS operations, IT, and Customer Support for the company.

Mr. Fitzgerald has more than 30 years of executive and technical management experience combined with an in-depth technical knowledge of software development, implementation and product support. He was at PDS from 1984 to 1999, where he advanced to the position of VP of Product Development and was a senior technology executive and board member.
Prior to re-joining PDS, Mr. Fitzgerald held numerous executive-level positions at technology companies, including: Executive VP of Engineering at Motionsoft, Chief Technology Officer at Echo360, Inc., Senior VP of Engineering at Razorsight (acquired by Syncronoss), and VP of Engineering at SoftMed Systems, Inc. (acquired by 3M HIS).
He earned his B.S. degree in business administration from Villanova University and a computer science degree from the Maxwell Institute in Norristown, Pa.
