PDS Releases New Updates for Vista HRMS®

Blue Bell, Pa., June 22, 2015 – PDS, a leading provider of human resource, benefits, recruiting, payroll, and Time and Attendance software, today announced the latest release of Vista HRMS^®. The new enhancements in this comprehensive solution offer customers increased ease of use and flexibility, greater functionality, more streamlined integration, and mobile access to the New Career Center.

The award-winning, feature-rich Vista HRMS now offers the following enhancements, among others:

New Hire Wizard: the hiring process continues to improve with the latest wizard updates

Ongoing Affordable Care Act (ACA) Updates: additional ACA functionality and tools to help prepare customers for upcoming year-end reporting

Vista HRMS Time Entry: new spreadsheet-style, self-service time entry formats providing pay-period views versus day-by-day views

Vista Time Leave Integration: enhanced integration between Vista HRMS and Vista Time to share leave balances

Vista Onboarding Connector: new integration to its onboarding partner, EMPTrust, to automate the collection of pending new hire information

Separately, the Vista HRMS Recruiting application has also been enhanced as part of the 2015 release updates. A sampling of the features includes:

New Career Center: more user-friendly design and a more modernized look and feel

Content Flexibility: configurable “Create a Profile” and “Apply for Job” wizards

Additional Recruiter Tools: a variety of new features have been added to improve the recruiter experience

Mobile: New Career Center functionality available on smartphones (i.e. iPhone, Android)
