About the PDS UGA
Since 1974, the PDS User Group Association (PDS UGA) has helped to educate our users on making the most of their software investment. Today, the PDS UGA consists of more than 1,000 members, led by a committee composed of user representatives and PDS staff. Through this group, members benefit by networking, sharing ideas with other users in similar situations, learning successful solutions, and receiving the latest information on PDS products, seminars, and training schedules.
Committee members work closely with the PDS team to help guide the priority of features and functionality in the product. Often committee members are early adopters of product releases and participate in testing.
One of the key missions for the committee is to organize our user group conference, where hundreds of users gather and collaborate on best practices. Conference events are held every 18-months, and locations shift from east to west. The committee meets throughout the year to review conference feedback and to prepare for our next conference, which is slated for the spring of 2019.
